About Me
I am Rosy Haqqy – an Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember student
who is interested in Programming, Data, Mathematics, and Machine
learning with a background from the high school mathematics Olympic
team. I'm a math activist, a knowledge education content writer, and a
programmer. My journey was driven by my insatiable desire to learn
and grow.
For now, I am doing my independent study at Bangkit Academy led by
Google, Tokopedia, Gojek, & Traveloka to achieve my dream as a
machine learning engineer, maybe in the future I have a higher dream
of being part of Google Deepmind.

Genome view is a web-based application used to analyze Whole Genome Sequence and Predict Genome Kinship. there
are 2 main features in this application, namely: Whole Genome Sequence Analysis and Genome Kinship Prediction.
Whole Genome Sequence Analysis uses the Convert data-test file to CGVIEW formatted json file method. This
method functions so that the test data can be processed by the CGVIEW.js libbary so as to facilitate further
analysis procedures.
Genome Kinship Prediction using the Multinomial Naive Bayes method can be adapted to analyze and classify
DNA or RNA sequences. Such as nucleotides (for example, A, T, C, G in DNA) or combinations of nucleotides (such
as codons).
